What Omk1^®-LF is

OMK1^®-LF is OMK1^® formulated in a liposomal solution preservative free.

It is a sterile ophthalmic solution without preservatives in a 10 ml bottle containing 2% of Citicoline and 0,075% of high molecular weight Hyaluronic acid in liposomal solution which acts as a carrier for Citicoline.

When to use Omk1^®-LF

Thanks to the presence of Citicoline and to its structural action on retinal ganglion cells, OMK1^®-LF is indicated in Glaucomatous patients as coadjuvant to hypotensive therapy.  

Moreover, the wetting and protective properties of the product ensure ocular relief in case of irritation, burning and foreign body sensation caused by environmental factors, eye surgery or conjunctivitis. It could be preferred for those patients with severe dry eye on prostaglandin therapy or in therapy with 2 or more hypotensive agents.
